About Us

The 360 Program provides holistic, one-on-one support to participating first-generation college students and/or Federal Pell Grant recipients in all aspects of their college experience, including but not limited to academic transitions, financial planning, career readiness, social engagement, and wellness. We are currently invitation-only and serve first-year students who have selected majors within the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences or the College of Education and Health Professions. Although the 360 Program does not accept new students through referrals, 360 instructors are a resource for all 360 students (including sophomores, juniors, and seniors). Please don't hesitate to reach back out to us!

Members Benefits

The 360 Program provides support in collaboration with existing services on campus, including faculty, financial aid advisors, housing, and more. While our 360 Instructors often act as holistic coaches for their cohorts, Instructors also serve as a supplement to a student's academic advisor and help guide them on course enrollment and degree completion. To provide opportunity beyond the first semester, the 360 Program also gives participating students the chance to apply for a Peer Mentor position, a paid and Work Study eligible role, in the Spring.
