It shall be the purpose of UARK Crew to bring together University students as a team to practice the rowing in an environment inclusive to all experience levels and student backgrounds. 2) It shall be the mission of UARK Crew to provide recreational and competitive rowing instruction to any and all students within the University of Arkansas community. 3) It shall be the goal of UARK Crew to provide students of all experience levels with the opportunity to pursue both recreation competition and Collegiate level competition. a) UARK Crew shall provide students of all experience levels with the opportunity to pursue rowing. b) UARK Crew shall provide students of all experience levels with the opportunity to pursue recreation and Collegiate level rowing competition within organizations such as the US Rowing and Plains Regional Conference. 4) It shall be the belief of UARK Crew that all students can and should exemplify the values of US Rowing in their everyday life, athlete care, organizational fitness, accountability, and access.
