About Us

The Playground is an RSO dedicated to the development of student-written new plays. We meet twice a week, every other week to read aloud members' work and provide feedback to help them grow. On occasion, we will host workshops or guest speaker events during our meeting times.

In addition to these standard operations, we also put on a New Play Reading every semester to showcase student work in a staged reading format. Any current student can submit a 10-minute play or audition to be in a show, not just members!
