The Office of Student Activities provides many different opportunities for students to get involved on campus. The main goal of the Office of Student Activities is to provide students with educational, cultural and social programs. All of our programs are planned and implemented by students.

What you need to know !

Razorbash is the only opportunity for community businesses and nonprofits to market directly to our 32,000 students! Here you will be allowed to bring you own merchandise and other promotional items to showcase during the event to get your name out there!

Setup begins at 8am (participants will be contacted with information about load-in times) and the event will run from 11:00am to 2:00pm on August 21st. Campus will provide one table and two chairs for each vendor (so please bring your businesses table cloth), along with drinks for all students. Additionally DJ Derrick will be there to help make the event more lively.

Where can I unload my car ?

Once I have unloaded my car, where do I take my stuff?

There will be volunteers available to help you unload your car in the yellow square, and then you and the volunteer will proceed along the blue line until you find yourself on the Union Mall (signs will also be placed on the sidewalks to help direct)

Will drinks and food be provided ?

Drinks will be provided, food however will be provided to students through certain vendors during the event time

Where do I park my car after I have unloaded?

This is Harmon parking garage, we will reserve the top floor of the garage so you will not have to pay (9th floor) please park here. Free parking will only be provided for one vehicle.

What should my table look like?

The more attractive you make it the better! Also please bring a table cloth if you have one. We advise against giving away stickers.

Who should I look for on the day of the event for help?

Please look for anyone wearing this shirt, they are part of the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership and/or volunteers and will provide assistance.

    Q - Where do I park?

    A - Free parking will be paid for for one vehicle. Your car must park on the top (9th floor) of the Harmon parking garage. (We will offer a shuttle that will help bring you up and around campus for the event.

    A - We recommend bringing a table cloth for your business and promotional items to increase your brand awareness. If you are not under a big tent, then you can bring a small tent to cover the table

    A - Estimated foot traffic for the 3 hours will be roughly 4,000 students.
