The second annual Arkansas Liberal Arts and Humanities Day will take place on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at the State Capitol Rotunda in Little Rock, Arkansas. This event invites honors and non-honors students from colleges and universities in Arkansas to showcase their creative works in arts and humanities.

Categories for the 2026 event include:

Demonstration: includes, but is not limited to, exhibits such as 3D art displays or interactive presentations showcasing a technique. Can include a digital presentation showcased on a laptop or similar device at a table.
Performance: includes, but is not limited to, theatrical or dance performances, musical interpretations, re-enactments or dramatizations. Presenters should be able to complete their performance in less than 15 minutes to participate in this event. Presenters will have a designated time slot at the event.
Poster: a presentation made on a poster, combining text and visuals, adhered to a board and displayed on an easel. Presenters should create their posters in a 36" x 48" (or vice versa) layout.

Students interested in participating in the event should apply by Friday, September 25 at 5 p.m.
