Payment of Dues:
We have two levels of dues, racing and non-racing. Non-racing dues are $20 and valid for one academic year, and gets you a club t-shirt and access to club events and coaching. New competitor racing dues are $100 and returning competitor racing dues are $80. Both are valid for one academic year, and gets you a club t-shirt, club singlet, coaching, and race entries and travel expenses will be subsidized for that year and handled by club officers. Your race entries and expenses will not be covered by the club until your dues have been paid. Also, please note, that if you pay racing dues it is NOT expected of you to compete in every event we do. You as the competitor are free to pick the events you wish to do with us.

How to pay dues:
1. Go to https://urecmembers.uark.edu/ and sign in with your UArk login.
2. Select Programs, and then Club Sports.
3. Scroll until you find Running Club, and then select it.
4. Select your appropriate dues amount (practice only, new racer, or returning racer).
5. Review and accept the digital waiver (it should make you do this before you can go on).
6. Make the payment, and make sure to save the receipt for your records.
7. We will make sure to get you your appropriate materials as soon as we can after you have paid, but this may take a few days depending on the number of requests.

Financial Need Notice: If you have serious financial need and are not able to cover the cost of dues but show a genuine interest in the club, then please email me at runner@uark.edu, and we can talk about the potential for waiving dues. Proof of financial need may be requested.

If you have any additional questions, please email us at runner@uark.edu, or speak to me or another officer at practice.

Best regards,

Jackson Burnett
University of Arkansas Running Club President
