Are you an incoming student looking for ways to get involved, make an impact, and connect with your community? Join us for the Center for Community Engagement Open House—your chance to explore opportunities in volunteering, service-learning, and civic engagement!
At this open-house-style event, you’ll have the opportunity to:
✅ Tour the Center for Community Engagement and see where students come together to make a difference.
✅ Learn about volunteer programs like the Volunteer Action Center (VAC), which connects students to service opportunities on and off campus. This event will also serve as our VAC Pick-One event so please stop by.
✅ Discover civic engagement programs like Democracy Fellows, which empowers students to become leaders in civic education and outreach.
✅ Meet current student leaders and hear about their experiences in service and civic engagement.
✅ Find your perfect way to get involved—whether it’s through mentorship, food insecurity initiatives, sustainability projects, or democracy-building efforts.
