Univeristy of Arkansas Fly Fishing Club

The UARK Fly Fishers is a community of anglers dedicated to leveraging fly fishing to protect the fisheries we love. Guided by the principles of conservation, education, and stewardship, we connect students to the outdoors through hands-on experience, conservation efforts, and a shared passion for fisheries. As part of the 5 Rivers movement, we are committed to preserving coldwater ecosystems, promoting responsible angling, and building the next generation of conservation leaders.

Conservation

We work to protect and restore the rivers and fisheries we depend on. Through hands-on projects and advocacy, members take an active role in preserving healthy waters.

Education

We teach the skills and knowledge behind fly fishing and aquatic ecosystems. From casting to entomology, we help anglers of all levels learn and grow.

Stewardship

We promote responsible angling and a lasting respect for our natural resources. Our members lead by example on and off the water, ensuring these fisheries endure for future generations.
