Rachel serves as the Managing Director of the Entrepreneurial Law Project and the Director of Entrepreneurial Resources within the Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Arkansas. In this role, she oversees legal support services, resource development, and ecosystem partnerships that help Arkansas entrepreneurs build and grow their businesses. With a background in law and university-based innovation programming, Rachel brings cross-disciplinary experience to the design and execution of founder-facing initiatives.

An accomplished business executive and serial entrepreneur, Phil leads the Office of Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Phil’s unique blend of experiences allows him to pursue his passion to help other entrepreneurs in their journey from idea to launch. Phil also serves on the boards of Arkansas Athletes Outreach (AAO) and Students Acquiring Knowledge through Enterprise (SAKE).
