CEA Career Launch Cohort

The CEA Career Launch Cohort is being offered by the Offices of Career Connections in collaboration with the Center for Educational Access. Career Launch is a curriculum designed to coach students to develop strategic social capital by building relationships with professionals and launching effective job or internship searches in the hidden job market. This specific group will span 8 weeks during the Spring 2026 semester and will also include information such as disability disclosure, requesting workplace accommodations and additional disability-specific career information.

This group will be hosted on on Tuesdays from 12:30-1:30 starting on Tuesday February 3rd and will culminate on Tuesday March 31st (group will not be held the week of Spring Break). All groups will be in the Arkansas Union (ARKU 212) or at the CORD. This group is offered free of charge and refreshments will be available.
