Join the Multicultural Center for the opening of “¿Y Por Qué No?”, a special Hispanic Heritage Month exhibition highlighting the people, perspectives, and creativity of our campus and local communities.

The gallery will feature portraits of Hispanic student leaders from across the University of Arkansas, accompanied by reflections on their backgrounds, experiences, and the communities they represent. The exhibition will also showcase at least eight original works by a local Hispanic artist, bringing together student experiences and artistic expression in one shared space.

Students, faculty, staff, and community members are invited to attend the opening, explore the exhibition, meet some of the individuals featured, and experience the different perspectives represented throughout the gallery.

Join us as we open “¿Y Por Qué No?” and celebrate the students, artists, and communities contributing to Hispanic heritage at the University of Arkansas and throughout Northwest Arkansas.
