It shall be the mission of Girls in Tech to empower a group of individuals that lack representation in a male-dominated field to embrace their skills and increase women-representation in technology. The main goal for this organization is to create a community of like-minded people and a safe space for those who face challenges due to their gender-identity in technology fields.
