Mission
Social Work Action Group (SWAG) aims to enhance learning opportunities and the opportunity for involvement in the procedures and policy-making decisions of the Social Work Program to social work majors, minors, and all health professions. It is also the goal of this organization to promote activities that will augment students’ awareness and experiences in professional social work practice and to provide for socializing and information exchange among members and faculty. SWAG also provides its members with opportunities to volunteer and promote social well-being.
