SOOIE RSO Summit

The SOOIE RSO Summit is REQUIRED for all registered student organizations (RSOs). We need at least one OFFICER from each RSO to be present for the entirety of the event. This summit is a focused event designed to provide registered student organizations (RSOs) with a centralized hub of essential resources for operational success. This summit serves as a one-stop shop, consolidating key information and providing direct access to university partners critical for effective RSO management.

Representatives from the following departments will be in attendance to provide expert guidance:
- The Union
- FAMA (Facilities Management)
- UREC (University Recreation)
- OFA (Office of Financial Affairs)
- Career Services
- Hogsync
- SOOIE (Student Organization Outreach, Involvement & Experience)

The agenda is structured to cover foundational topics vital for RSO sustainability, including:
- Marketing strategies
- Funding and financial management
- Event space booking
- Event planning and execution
- Overall RSO logistical management

To facilitate a productive and interactive learning environment, the summit will feature breakout sessions. This format is intended to create a more intimate setting, allowing RSO officers to ask specific questions and ensure a thorough understanding of the material presented.
