Razorbash 2026 - Vendor Registration

Razorbash is a welcome back to campus event connecting University of Arkansas students with the local business community and nonprofits. We invite you to participate as a vendor. It is a great opportunity to connect with more than 4,000 students and promote your organization. There will be free food, free swag, entertainment, and more.

This year’s vendor booth fee is $500 for vendors. Each vendor booth includes a table and two chairs, and some booths include a tent. Other booths are available for you to bring your own branded tent if necessary. Booths are roughly 5x5 square feet. If you require more than one space, please reach out to our team at razorbsh.uark.edu. Additionally, some booths have access to electricity. If you require electricity for your booth, please bring a generator and the necessary wiring. You can select your vendor booth section during registration. You will receive a confirmation email with your vendor booth number closer to the actual event. To learn more about the event and see the vendor booth site map, visit razorbash.uark.edu.

Off-campus businesses and organizations who have not previously logged in to the HogSync registration site will have to complete a brief registration form to create a guest account, followed by a confirmation email. Once the email is confirmed, you will be able to complete your vendor booth registration. Please note that your first name, last name, email address and phone number will be your log-in for future visits, so be sure to record that information. If you created a guest account during the RSVP process, you will use that account login credentials to register.

The Office of Sustainability highly recommends converting paper handouts into digital form, such as a QR code to a webpage vs. traditional fliers.
