She’s passionate about advancing equitable access through intentional engagement and strategic business development. Ericka holds both a BBA and an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas.

Anna is the Business and Entrepreneurship Librarian at the University of Arkansas Libraries, where she serves as liaison to the Sam M. Walton College of Business and the Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She helps students, faculty, researchers, and entrepreneurs find and use business information to make informed, data-driven decisions. Her work includes supporting market research, industry and company research, competitive analysis, business information literacy, and AI literacy. She is especially interested in the role libraries play as connectors within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, helping people ask better questions, discover useful resources, and move ideas forward with confidence.

Caleb Talley serves as Executive Director of the Startup Junkie Foundation, a Northwest Arkansas–based nonprofit that empowers entrepreneurs, innovators, and small business owners across the Heartland. Since joining the team in 2019 as marketing and events director, Caleb has led strategic efforts to grow innovation-driven ecosystems throughout Arkansas and beyond, scaling the Foundation's impact through initiatives like the Fuel Accelerator and Kiva NWA.
