Good afternoon Muslima of UARK,
RSOs are required to re-register every year. Your RSO has started but not completed re-registration for 2024-2025. You must complete the following steps by 11:59 pm on June 30. Completion of the process during this window will allow your group to retain RSO benefits including the ability to apply for funding through ASG’s Office of Financial Affairs, access your checking account, nominate candidates for Homecoming Court, participate in SOOIE Involvement Fairs throughout the year, and enjoy all registration benefits for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Please complete the items below by the deadline.
- President or Treasurer should complete the Registration Process (blue button prompted in HogSync when you go to your group page). More details and a PDF how-to guide can be found at https://osa.uark.edu/registered-student-organizations/registration.php.
- The President should complete the RSO President/Treasurer quiz at https://cglink.me/2uB/s793. Individuals must score 80% or better to pass the quiz.
- Advisors must complete the required Advisor Certification Form at https://cglink.me/2uB/s795. Students cannot complete this form on the behalf of their RSO advisor and the advisor must be visible in the HogSync roster. This form must be completed with every re-registration cycle or anytime you change advisors.
