Mission
IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Advocacy) for the Office of Diversity & Inclusion at Sam M. Walton College of Business serves by enhancing the numerous programs, initiatives, and support services available to WCOB students through the Office of Diversity& Inclusion. IDEA was established to promote communication of relevant and helpful information between students and the college administration, with a goal of enhancing the educational experience for all WCOB students. Members of the SAB represent the voice of our diverse student body and support a wide range of student advocacy programs and initiatives.
