Are you a student with a disability who is interested in studying abroad? Cohosted by the Center for Educational Access (CEA) and the Office of Study Abroad and International Exchange, this session will equip you with knowledge and resources as you explore and decide on the type of program you want to sign up for. A representative from WorldStrides will also be present to share about their resources and scholarships specifically for students with disabilities.

This session will cover the disability-related accommodation process for Study Abroad trips, scholarships and resources available for students with disabilities, as well as an exciting new Study Abroad opportunity in London specifically designed for students with disabilities and those who wish to explore disability access and examine how technology, policy, and advocacy intersect to improve access for people with disabilities.

Registration is not required but is recommended in order to save your spot. This session will also be hosted virtually and recorded for students who are unable to attend in person. Please reach out to the CEA by emailing ada@uark.edu if you need specific accommodations to attend the session and/or if you have any questions.
