Mission
The ASGSA shall serve to enhance and encourage cooperation and association among the graduate students within the Animal Science Department. The ASGSA shall represent the graduate students of the Department of Animal Science. The ASGSA shall provide an organization
through which suggestions for the improvement of the graduate program can be offered, analyzed, and conveyed to the Animal Science Department leadership. The ASGSA shall foster opportunity for professional development in the various disciplines of Animal Science.

Membership Benefits
Benefits of this membership is primarily for graduate students in the Department of Animal Science. Benefits include: professional development, research involvement, group activities, networking, and special topics within animal science.
