Mission
The ASCE UARK chapter aims to provide opportunities for members to mature into the civil engineering profession by providing a link between professional practice and education. ASCE instills commitment and career readiness through ASCE regional and national competitions and learning opportunities with current professionals year-round.

Membership Benefits
Members of ASCE offers access to resources in and opportunities across the board of the CVEG profession in Arkansas and beyond. These opportunities include connecting with local and national contacts of engineering firms of varying size, including many UofA graduates, as well as being involved with CVEG appropriate project experience in competition against other schools across the Mid-West. ASCE provides a presence of community in the midst of the chaos of studying Civil Engineering and preparation to enter the real world in a variety of fields.
