About Us

It shall be the mission of the organization to provide safe spaces for artists of color in order to build and strengthen the community. The organization shall provide opportunities that allow growth in an educational and artistic environment, such as monologue workshops, script reading groups, networking, and producing performances. With each project, Advocacy for Diverse Artists shall explore untold narratives through the lens of underrepresented and marginalized communities. It is the belief of the organization that WE are OUR OWN true advocates for artistic and personal growth as artists of color. It is our obligation to be proactive and ensure the inclusion of diversity in our education, for we are the only ones capable of unifying a diverse group of artists in a safe/inclusive environment.
